Service Description

Basic on-leash obedience: sit, down, stay, here, leave it, place, heel. This course is over a period of 12 1-hour sessions and includes sessions at local parks/trails as well as sessions in the clients' neighborhood with the client to ensure effective training.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions will be scheduled with owners at least 24-48 hours in advance. In the event of sickness, emergency visits or other concerns, sessions can be rescheduled with no extra fee. No money will be taken from the deposit to cover the canceled session. It will be regarded as a cancelation and another session will be scheduled. This is taking into account that all clients have personal lives and sometimes cancelations are inevitable.
